Usually that means making systems talk to each other that were never designed to. Led a hospitality group's first AI agent deployment, including autonomous bug triage and self-healing for a support team.

I was the front-facing technical person on a team of about six.

Analytics, partner onboarding, implementations and catalogue strategy ran through me. GameSnacks went from about a million users to a billion while I was there, on the back of surfaces we landed and built: YouTube, Android Auto, Motorola launchers, and third party platforms including NDTV and AirAsia.
